Service Description

Crystal Light Therapy utilizes the vibrational energy of crystals in conjunction with colored light to promote holistic well-being. The recipient will lie fully clothed, on a massage table and wear an eye mask. Seven quartz crystals are suspend above the body inline with the seven main chakras (energy centers). Each crystal is lit with the corresponding chakra color. This gentle therapy can help to reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep quality, alleviate pain, and boost the immune system. By combining the calming effects of colored light with the subtle energies of crystals, Crystal Light Therapy can create a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating experience that supports physical, emotional, and spiritual healing.
